Themes
Select one of these themes when submitting your creative business idea. Themes are organized by tracks.
Fashion & Beauty Themes
Develop a solution that helps consumers identify sustainable and ethical fashion brands.
Consumers want to support sustainable and ethical fashion brands but struggle to identify them among greenwashing claims and lack of transparency. Verifying sustainability credentials is time-consuming and complex. A solution is needed that provides clear ratings and certifications, verifies sustainability claims, offers transparency about supply chains and labor practices, helps consumers make informed choices, and creates accountability in the fashion industry.
Create a platform that enables clothing rental and sharing to reduce fashion waste.
Fast fashion creates massive waste as consumers buy, wear briefly, and discard clothing. A circular model where clothing is rented and shared can significantly reduce waste. A platform is needed that facilitates clothing rental between consumers, manages inventory and logistics, handles payments and insurance, provides cleaning services, creates trust and safety mechanisms, and makes renting clothing as convenient as buying while reducing fashion's environmental impact.
Build a tool that helps beauty brands transition to sustainable packaging and ingredients.
Beauty brands face pressure to become more sustainable but struggle with the transition due to cost, complexity, and lack of knowledge about sustainable alternatives. A comprehensive tool is needed that helps brands identify sustainable packaging materials and ingredient alternatives, provides cost analysis and transition planning, connects them with sustainable suppliers, tracks sustainability metrics, and guides them through the process of becoming more environmentally responsible.
